Deep Intentional Container
By creating a small, sacred container of humans (18 max capacity) we create space to deepen in conversation with the earth and each other, to go deeper into our practice, and to be fully nourished on a mind-body-soul level to support a more embodied actualization of purpose.

Poco Mas Sol Freedom Cell in Costa Rica offers a beautiful playground to enjoy nature, and be empowered to learn in a living, co-creative environment. We are close to hot springs and right next to Children's Eternal Rainforest, one of the largest private rainforest reserves in Costa Rica.

About Freedom Cells
Freedom Cells are local, peer to peer groups typically consisting of 8 people. Cell members organize themselves in a decentralized manner with the goal of empowering group members through education, peaceful non-compliance, and the creation of parallel institutions. Think of it as your activist support network.
Poco Mas Sol de La Tigra Regenerative Farm is one node within the greater Freedom Cell Network international community. We are looking to build with others in Costa Rica & beyond!

Whole Food Plant-Based, Organic & Non-GMO, never using Soy, Gluten, Cane Sugar, and specializing in re-creating any dish out of plants and catering to a wide variety of food sensitivities & allergies.
About Our Farm
Organic Permaculture & Food Forests
At Poco Mas Sol we believe organic, living soil is gold and so we strive to ensure no harmful chemicals enter our soil or water supply. With abundant food forests and gardens, we work in co-creation with the land to aim for eventually 100% food self-sufficiency. We offer Permaculture & Agroforestry workshops and continued education opportunities throughout the year as well as a few work-away opportunities.
Retreat Hosting
We offer a few in-house retreats per year rooted in self-responsibility and permaculture principles. We also offer Poco Mas Sol event spaces for retreat hosting based on availability with catering options.

Costa Rica Freedom Cell
We are a small, remote forest farm nestled near the Children’s Eternal Rainforest in La Tigra, Costa Rica. Using regenerative agro forestry practices, our mission is to grow healthy, organic food for ourselves and our surrounding community and to share this knowledge through workshops, tours and other events. We are an eclectic crew of 2 women and 4 men with a strong connection to the land and our local community. Our core values revolve around stewardship for the land, people, and all beings for generations to come.
