Our mission is to create free and sustainable ways of living across the areas of food, medicine, community building, education, trade, self-enlightenment and cultural events.
Who We Are
We are a core family of four, David, Rélene, and our two boys, Gunnar & Issac. We have expanded our family to include Mary & Jonathan, who head production of consumables. We range in ages from 61 to 18 and come from all walks of life.
Life in the Community
Life here is filled with surprises, there are always new flora and fauna to discover and hiking and adventures in every direction. We live in paradise at 2200 ft above sea level, with an average temperature of 75 degrees, and rainfall of 13 feet.

Our Location
Our community is nestled in the Atlantic slope of the Tiliran Mountain Range, about 2.5 hours inland from SJO Airport. Our 25 acres are part of a larger organic farm bordering the Children’s Eternal Rainforest and the Monteverde Conservation Corridor.
